“I’m sure there are many people out there who don’t enjoy their work but I’m not one of them! I love my job! I get to sing and dance and play instruments with fabulous little people all week! I feel very privileged to share precious time each week with all the families who come to JimJam Music classes and get so much satisfaction in the little things; the ‘hooray’ at the end of a dance, the first time a child sings along with a song in class, the 2 year old who shares their instrument with another for the first time, the baby who claps their hands along to the song with glee, or the pre-schooler playing the woodblock to the steady beat. It’s amazing to see these milestones.”
JimJam Studios was awarded the prestigious ‘Maestro’ status in 2012 & 2013 & 2014, 2015 and 2016 – this is awarded to the top 5% Kindermusik studios worldwide. In 2014 we reached ‘Conductors Circle’ status and celebrated being the 2nd largest Kindermusik studio in Australia.
“Life for me is otherwise is focused on family; husband Roger and daughters, Lexie (15) and Jorja (12) as well as sharing my passion for early childhood music education with the local community. I am also resident Choir Teacher for Asquith Public School and hold regular workshops with childcare centres on music education.”
Kylie is also a member of Senisuara Womens Acapella Choir on Sydney’s North Shore, performs lead vocals in the band ‘Total Recall’.

Sarah is a local artist and creator of Komik Kids Art, specialising in artwork for children. Showing an inclination towards art from a young age, Sarah studied art all throughout school and scored perfect marks on her Major Art Work. Beset by wanderlust, she spent her 20’s travelling and gaining a wealth of artistic inspiration before settling into a career in marketing but always creating art in her spare time. Enjoying learning and refining her craft, Sarah has studied under teachers from all around the globe, and, after becoming a mum in 2014, has realised the huge importance of art in children’s development, both from a practical and an appreciation perspective. She is now driven to share her knowledge, passion and artistic techniques with eager and creative kids in the funky new art space at Jim Jam Studio.
Elizabeth’s love of drama began when, as an introverted thirteen year old, she joined Gosford Musical Society and spent the next five years singing, dancing and acting in a variety of their shows. Elizabeth went on to perform for other amateur theatre companies and to study theatre as her major at the University of New South Wales before completing her Postgraduate Diploma in Education and becoming a high school English and Drama teacher. As a professional Drama teacher, Elizabeth has extensive experience in developing students’ confidence and skills and guiding and directing students in a range of performance styles. She now divides her time between teaching and looking after her two small children. Elizabeth loves teaching drama to children as she understands personally how it can build confidence and empathy and have life long benefits for them.
