Weekly Group Classes and Private Vocal Lessons operate during NSW school terms.
Register any time of the year! We are always happy to welcome new students to our Jim Jam Family!! You may start lessons at any time of the year and pause enrolment if needed at the end of a school term. We’ll gladly pro-rate tuition if you start lessons partway through the term.
Once enrolled, we’ll keep you enrolled until you tell us you need to pause or withdraw. No need to constantly fill out forms to re-enrol. We want to keep things easy and convenient for you.
If you need to make a scheduling change, class change, or teacher change, just let us know via our web form, or by calling our office at 0419809055. We’re always happy to help where we can.
Payment Structure
Tuition fees are charged on a term-by-term basis.
Upon enrolling, you will be asked to update your payment details. If necessary, you can update or amend these details by logging into the Jim Jam Music Parent Portal - Profile - Settings - Payment Cards.
Payments will automatically be enrolled into a payment plan which will break up the total fee for the term into three (3) payments. If you do not wish to be enrolled in the payment plan, you can pay the full invoice up front. Please send an email to admin@jimjammusic.com.au to discuss.
No charges apply for weeks when the studio is closed or if a public holiday falls on the scheduled class day.
Payment Process for Month-by-Month
Monthly payments are deducted from your nominated account as per the payment schedule posted to the parent portal. The monthly payments are 1/3 of the total fee for the term irrespective of the number of classes in that month.
Inclusive Fees
Fees cover weekly classes, class materials, access to Kindermusik digital materials (for Kindermusik programme participants), park play dates, CDs, insurance, and GST.
Unpaid Fees
Continued non-payment of fees may result in the student's removal from our programmes.
If you are experiencing financial difficulties, please email admin@jimjammusic.com.au to discuss your situation. Rest assured, any information you share with us will be treated with the utmost discretion.

Providing for our students’ safety and being respectful of our teachers’ time is of utmost priority to us here at Jim Jam Music. When your student’s lesson or class ends, our teachers are either moving on to teach the next lesson or heading home to their families or other responsibilities.
For these reasons, students must be picked up from their lesson or class promptly. If you are dropping your child off, please plan to be back on site at least 5 minutes before the end of their class or lesson.
If one of our teachers has to wait with your child because your child is the last student to leave for the day, there will be a late pick-up fee charged to your account in order to compensate the teacher for their time and inconvenience in waiting with your child. Repeated late pick-ups will require rescheduling of lesson or class times.
Late pick-up fees will be billed as follows:
From 5 to 15 minutes late for pick-up: A $25 fee will be charged to your account
From 15 to 30 minutes late for pick-up: A $40 fee will be charged to your account
From 30 to 60 minutes late for pick-up: A $60 fee will be charged to your account
If you know you are going to be late, please either:
call the teacher if you have those details or
text 0417 666 487 and
if your child has a phone, please text your child. This will put their mind at ease. It also means we or they can let the teacher know that you are on your way.

From time to time, photos and video will be taken of the class that your child is enrolled in.
These photos may be used for promotional purposes by Jim Jam Music through printed material, social media, website, and other marketing materials.
Please advise our staff prior to enrolling if you need to discuss this aspect.
